New Features
- Inventory Management: This a major improvements to the inventory module with features like Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Random stock and scheduled audits and stock adjutments.
- ShopSe Integration: ShopSe is a digital EMI provider who provides instant EMI for patients. Without any paperwork, ShopSe will use phone number to check the eligibility and sends payment link(ShopSe) to patient where they can choose EMI options. This feature is implemented for Payments and Advance.
- View and Manage Patient Alerts: Patients alerts can now be managed from casefile.
- Manage ongoing cycle schedules from dashboard: Users can now manage ongoing cycle from dashboard. Adding Protocol to cycle(start Stimulation stage automatically), update protocal, filter the list by cycle stage etc.
Enhancements
- Allocated drugs will be grouped by the date: Drugs added of same type in same day will be shown in single tile.
- Search GRNs by drug name: Added support to search GRNs by name of the drug.
- Add new referral from registration: Users can now create new referral while registering a Patient in case referral not registered.
- Upload and download Pharmacy Drug Vendors: Added support for Upload and Download of Pharmacy Drug Vendors.
- Upload and download Referrals: Added support for Upload and Download of Referrals.

New Features
- Camera for Patient Registration: A new feature has been introduced for patient registration, allowing users to capture patient images directly within the system. This eliminates the need for patients to provide pictures separately for their casefile profile.
- Edit Alert: Previously, once an alert was added in the casefile journey, it could not be edited or corrected. We have now introduced an editing option accessible from the Alerts view page.
Enhancements
- Consultation Doctor’s Contributions Edit: Users with the appropriate permissions can now update the contributions of consultation doctors in procedures if modifications are needed for previously entered entries.
- Expiry Reminder: The alerting mechanism has been enhanced to include license expirations. Users will now receive reminders when licenses are about to expire, allowing them to take timely action.
- Casefile Pharmacy Changes: The process for drug allocation in the pharmacy has been streamlined. Users can now add multiple allocations at once and choose to estimate or allocate drugs directly from the "Create Pharmacy Drug Allocation" interface, reducing excessive navigation between pages.

New Features
- Patient Engagement: A new feature has been added to ARTis, allowing users to enhance the patient experience by automatically sending creatives for significant events, such as patient birthdays.
Enhancements
- Responsive Web Application: The web application has been upgraded to improve user experience across devices. This enhancement introduces an automatic redirection feature, seamlessly transitioning users to the mobile-optimized version of the application whenever the window size matches mobile device dimensions.
- Multi-branch User: With this enhancement, a user can create memberships in multiple branches at once.
- Consultation Notes Status Progression: Currently, when a consultant doctor updates consultation notes, the service status transitions from "Not Allocated" directly to "View Report." This causes confusion in tracking the reporting status. Updating the status to "To be Reported" before "View Report" will provide a clearer workflow and improve status tracking.

New Features
- Patient Portal: A new web application was developed to allow patients to easily access their reports and planned consultation schedules via mobile using the URL provided by the business. This application is now being extended to in-house users and consultant doctors as well.
- Open Link in New Tab: The tabs within the case file can now be opened in a new tab, which reduces the need to shuffle between pages. Previously, users had to return to the dashboard to go back to the previous page if they navigated away after clicking on the tabs within the case file.
Enhancements
- Edit Doctor Contribution within the Cycle Schedule: An option to update the consultation doctor's contribution, in case it was incorrectly entered, has been introduced. This feature is necessary to correct mistakes that users commonly make.
- Service Master Data Sorting: A sorting switch has been added to sort active line items out of all the mixed line items, which are listed alphabetically but were previously a mix of active and inactive items.
- Cycle Inclusion Accordions: Initially, when a cycle was assigned, all accordions, such as drugs, consultations, etc., were shown by default, regardless of their inclusion within cycles. Now, we do not display these accordions if there is no inclusion defined as part of the cycle package.

New Features
- Raise a Ticket: A new "Raise a Ticket" feature provides in-house users with an easy and direct way to report production issues, improving the user experience and support response time.
- Patient Portal: A mobile-responsive web application has been created to enable patients to easily access their reports and upcoming consultation schedules through a URL provided by the business.
- Casefile via Barcode: Accessing patient case files has been made easier. Users no longer need to ask patients for their user ID or case IDs; instead, they can simply scan a barcode on the physical file and access it immediately.
Enhancements
- In-house Users and Consultant Doctors Employee ID: Registration forms for in-house users and consulting doctors now include additional fields for employee IDs. It improves the identification and management of in-house users and consultant doctors by ensuring that each user can be uniquely identified by their employee ID.
- "Consumables" in the Cycle Schedule: This enhancement provides users with complete details regarding bills that need approval for discounts, without the need to shuffle through other pages. It includes additional details such as the amount paid, the billed amount, the requested discount, and the request date.

New Features
- Pause & Restart an Ongoing IVF Cycle: A new feature allowing the pausing of an ongoing cycle to cater to different business needs has been added to ARTis. For example, when a patient does not achieve the expected oocyte count in an allocated IVF cycle, they may opt for a double stimulation package (Stimulation and OPU). In such cases, this feature helps businesses manage their allocations effectively.
- Appointment Scheduling via User Websites: A new API has been developed that enables users to integrate their websites with ARTis, allowing patients to schedule their appointments directly via user websites.
- User Access Control to Manage Branch Licenses: In the IVF sector, there are many licenses to manage, and branch license expirations must be monitored for renewals. This feature has been added to better manage license expirations.
Enhancements
- Consultation Notes: In the previous design, we used to have a two-step process for treatment advice, observations, and medication. Now, it can be done in a single step, such as adding drugs and their quantities and adding content (comments, notes, remarks). Additionally, the UI now shows the details of the consulting doctor who has written the notes.
- Consumables in the Cycle Schedule: This feature provides detailed stage-wise consumption in the cycle, such as catheter, dishes etc.
- Billing Enhancements:
- A column (Bill Number) has been added after the date column in the advances section of the billing module to help users validate advance usage.
- Users will not be able to see discount approvers in the dropdown selection whose limits (the amount or percentage of discount being requested) have been exceeded.
- Discount Request raisers can now view the count of requests they have raised and cancel them from the requests tab in the user dashboard. And approvers will see the requests in their ARTis inbox, and only approved requests will come into effect.
- In an external vendor situation an user can now download a report to see a monthly count of investigations done by a specific vendor.
- Users can add fields like 'Denomination, Count (Denomination Count), Amount Accepted, and Amount Returned' when bills are settled in cash.
- Fields such as 'Cheque Number,' 'Bank Name,' and 'Cheque Date' are now mandatory to provide more detail within the billing module, easing reconciliation for the user.
- The maker-checker concept has been implemented. Any changes for the discount rules can be controlled using this features.
- Consolidated Report and Embryology Worksheet: In the oocyte aspiration report, images of oocytes are now reflected in the report. Similarly, in the embryology worksheet, confirmed embryos along with parameters are now included.
- Letterhead for Consolidated Reports: Users can now download consolidated reports of patients with their letterheads on them.

New Features
- Pine Labs Integration: ARTis is now integrated with Pine Labs, enhancing payment processing. This integration provides secure transactions and faster payment processing.
Enhancements
- Spouse Name: Included 'spouse's name' in the header section of all patient reports. This enhancement will improve the patient reporting system by providing more comprehensive personal information in the header section of the reports.
- Casefile Appointments: Enhanced the user interface (UI) for the Appointments Page in Casefile to improve usability and user experience.
- Cash Limit for Advances: In order to comply with the country's IT laws (Section 269ST) and provide a robust payment system, our billing module has implemented a flexible logic to restrict cash advances to below ₹2 lakhs as per Indian Income Tax laws. This restriction was already in place for payments.
- Redirecting Alerts: The alerts specific to cycle reports are now enhanced with a clickable feature. When a user clicks on an alert, they are taken to the specific report for which the alert was generated. Alerts are generated whenever updates are made to a cycle report.

- Sandbox: Sandbox environments allow for safe testing and experimentation with client functionalities without risking impact to the production environment, ensuring smooth updates and minimizing potential disruptions.
- Events Remainder: This feature highlights the introduction of birthday reminders for doctors as a strategic initiative to improve patient satisfaction, loyalty, and relationship management within the business.
Enhancements
- MIS & Corporate Report Preview: This enhancement aims to improve user experience by providing a more organized and accessible view of reports. Users will be able to quickly preview key information about a report without navigating away from the main analytics dashboard.
- Referral Hover: Added a hover functionality to enhance the user experience by providing quick and easy access to referral details within the patient case file, facilitating better case management and referral tracking.
- Patient Registration Page Enhancement: This enhancement simplifies patient registration and referral type classification, streamlining operations, enhancing agent productivity, and providing exceptional patient journey data.

New Features
- Price Data Upload & Download: Created a new feature that allows in-house users to download and upload price data for Investigations, Procedures, Cycles, Cryopreservation, Semen Cryopreservation, and services.
- New Component in Service Master Data: Added a new component, “Service Prices,” with "Download" and "Upload" features. This component enables the admin to control price data uploads.
- Master Data Upload & Download: Created a new feature that allows users to upload pharmacy master data, such as pharmacy drugs, categories, manufacturers, and vendors, in bulk.
Enhancements
- Notifier: Implemented a notifier to inform users of new additions when they log in.
- Search Feature: Added a search feature to the Pharmacy Drugs master to facilitate user searches.
- Internal Transfer: Introduced a new usage type to handle the internal transfer of embryos and semen between branches, avoiding confusion with the “Transfer Out” usage type, which indicates that embryos or semen have been used.
- Dialing Code: Added a feature to select the dialing code/country code if the patient is a foreigner.
- Tab Layout: Enhanced the Cycle Stages layout with a tab layout, replacing the previous accordion layout, which caused confusion when there was data down below.

- Purchase Order: Created a new feature that allows in-house users to create, edit, delete, reject, approve, and print a Purchase Order.
- Casefile Unification: Made the system ready to handle situations where a patient shuffles between branches and avails services.
- HTML Text Editor: Consultation Notes can now be presented in a more readable format.
- Casefile Upload via Excel: This feature enables in-house users to upload mass data of casefiles at once, particularly when onboarding a new branch, without any manual intervention.
Enhancements
- Service Reports Preview: In-house users can now easily modify reports by shuffling and moving sections, and cross-checking in real-time with the preview.
- Profile Picture Preview: The profile picture preview option has been enhanced; it is now larger and available for all in-house users.

New Features
- Reversal of Advance Amounts: This is the option to reverse the unused advance amount for a female patient and allocate it to the male patient or vice versa as the case demands.
- Branch Unification: With this feature, users will be able to view advances across branches and can initiate payments and advances from any branch.
- Location Details: With this feature, location details are visible within the embryo cards displayed in the timeline view of the View embryo details page.
- Merge Patient: The need has arisen to consolidate patient records within the system to streamline data access and management. With this feature, users should be able to select multiple patient records to merge.
- Embryo Cryopreservation Details & Usage Tracking: With this feature, the system will be able to correctly reflect the usage status of Embryo Cryopreservation and update associated cryo location details.
Enhancements
- Pending Pharmacy Order: With this enhancement, modification of pending pharmacy orders (Quantity Ordered) by the creator can be done until they are approved or in a pending status.
- Control over the 'Can Give Discount' option: Users with multiple branch memberships currently have the ability to give discounts for all patients registered with the branches where the consultant doctor/user is a member. However, there is a need to introduce finer control over this permission at the individual branch level to control the overflow of the 'Select Approver' select view in the 'discount request form' in the billing module.
- Branch Switching: Previously, users had to select the branch they wanted to switch to and confirm their selection. Now, users can simply double-click on the desired branch to switch.

- Stock Adjustment: This functionality is introduced within the pharmacy module to efficiently adjust and manage stock quantities for drugs.
- Labeling Functionality: Users can input labels for images and documents during upload, in procedure reports.
- Final Settlements within a Casefile: This feature can be used when a patient desires a final settlement.
- Branch Unification: This feature allows overrides for a patient to be extended uniformly across all branches.
- Casefiles for Historical Donors: ARTis provides a feature for the demand-based creation of case files for historical donors.
Enhancements
- Consultation Notes: Implemented two print options for consultation notes: best fit page and full page.

- Analytical Reports: CRYO03 - Preservation Potential Revenue Loss: This report shows the potential revenue loss that may occur due to delays in renewing the freezing packages. ADM20 - Discount Approval Requests: This report provides a consolidated view of pending discount approvals for follow-up and closure.
- Branch Unification: This feature allows in-house users to access the appointment history, reports, and consultation notes of patients from any branch.
- New Branch Creation: This feature allows in-house users (admins) to create a new branch with a single click.
Enhancements
- Stage Indicator Colors: The colors of the stage indicators in the Cycle Progress section within the Cycle view of the Cycle Module, as well as the cycle stages in the cycle schedule, will now match the stage of the cycle.
- Fulfilled Quantity: This enhancement provides users with a clear overview of the quantity of items fulfilled for each purchase order line in the Pharmacy shortcut.
