Pre-implementation support process:

analysts discusses the
requirements of the centre
with the key personnel
of the IVF centre
Set up a dedicated
website for the centre
with the centre's custom
configuration
Go 'Live' with the website
This process will typically take 3-5 days. Adequate training will be provided and there is detailed help documentation available in your custom site as well. After all, our USP is that ARTis™ is "simple" to use.
 
Post-implementation support process:
User raises a query in ARTis™ help interface Response is given within 1 hour
of posting the question with a solution
(clarification / workaround)
If a customization change is requested,
the user will be communicated
